We have free Medical Durable Equipment Lending!                                                                       

 Walkers, wheel chairs, canes, crutches, bath benches, toilet risers, and some other assistive devices are available to check out for short or long term use.  


Our building is available for rent in the evenings and on weekends.  Various size rooms available.  Call 360-354-2921 or email for rental rates/policies and availability. 


Just finishing physical therapy or rehab and need to keep exercising?  

With a completed Physician's Clearance form, Center members can use our Nustep and Treadmill.  We also have a full gym of Cybex resistance training equipment which members can use on their own after completing an 8-week training course.  ($45 suggested donation for training course)

  • Hot, freshly prepared congregate noon meal 
  • Hot, ready-to-eat, freshly prepared meals home delivered to those unable to attend the congregate meal.
